Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of Wingman. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Wingman, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Wingman on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
What Wingman is
Wingman is a real-time assistant for live conversations. It helps you prepare for and navigate calls and produces a recap afterward. Wingman provides guidance and suggestions; it does not make decisions for you, and you remain responsible for what you say and do.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Wingman for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use Wingman to record or process a conversation without the consent required by applicable law.
Recording and consent
Laws about recording and processing conversations vary by location and participant. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required from the other people on your calls before using Wingman during a conversation.
Third-party services
Wingman integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and your use of Google data within Wingman is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a connected service at any time.
Intellectual property
Wingman and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the content you provide.
Disclaimers
Wingman is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Its suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should use your own judgment. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingman and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Wingman and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or as needed to protect the service and its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Wingman after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
