Overview
Wingman runs as a lightweight app that sits above your meeting window and stays out of your way until you need it. It listens while a call is active and suggests what to say next.
Install Wingman
Download Wingman for macOS and drag it into your Applications folder. On first launch, grant microphone and screen access so Wingman can follow along with your calls. Requires macOS 14.2 or later.
Your first call
Join any call as you normally would. Wingman detects the meeting and opens its panel automatically, and live prompts appear as the conversation unfolds.
Live coaching
During the call, Wingman surfaces real-time suggestions: questions worth asking and ways to move the conversation forward. On paid plans, coaching works for everyone on your team.
Recaps & Ask
After each call, Wingman writes a concise recap you can share or save. Ask follow-up questions about any call in plain language, and search across your whole history.
Custom instructions & files
Add instructions and upload files about your business, your product and your pricing, and Wingman’s coaching and recaps adapt to fit.
Integrations
Connect Wingman to Slack, Attio, and Notion to push call notes and outcomes where your team works. Pro also includes MCP integration and API access.
