How to prep for a meeting without prepping

The trick is not more prep. It is having the right context show up the moment you need it.

Most meeting prep is guesswork. You skim old notes, try to remember what was promised, and hope the important thing surfaces before the call ends. Then the meeting takes a turn you did not plan for, and the prep you did do no longer fits.

Wingman flips the order. Instead of loading everything into your head beforehand, it keeps your context one glance away during the call. Who you are talking to, what was said last time, the open threads and the promises made, all ready the moment they matter.

That means your real prep is tiny. Show up, listen well, and let the details arrive when the conversation calls for them. You stay present instead of rehearsing, and you never freeze because a name or a number slipped your mind.

The best meetings feel like a good conversation, not a recital. Preparing less, and trusting the context to be there, is how you get them.
